Green Man Trail

Green Man Trail is a trail running event held on Saturday 6 June 2026 at The Green Man at Inglewhite, Silk Mill Ln, Inglewhite, Preston PR3 2LP. The event offers two measured trail distances:

• 15K
• 10K

Entries are taken online only and include race administration, a race bib, chip timing, a marked route, medical support and parking. Entry fees listed are £30 for the 15K and £25 for the 10K. On the day entries may be available for an additional £5. Postal entries are not accepted and the minimum age for entry is 17. Payments are accepted by major credit and debit cards and processed via Stripe.

Event day facilities are located at race HQ and include registration and on the day race pack collection, toilets and baggage storage. Parking within the village is included in the entry fee and signage will direct participants to the car park.

Timing is by a silver chip attached to the bib and that chip must be visible as runners cross the start and finish lines to ensure a recorded time. Bottled water will be available at an on-route station with a collection point about 100 metres after the station; bottles must not be carried past that point. Medics from Remote Medical Services and radio linked stewards will provide on-site safety cover.

All finishers receive a blingtastic bespoke medal and a technical t shirt. Individual awards are given to the first three men and first three women overall and to the first vets in age groups 40, 50, 60 and 70 for both men and women. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
