Prizes and course records

Prize money for the 2026 50K will be funded by runner donations collected at registration and matched 100% by the organizer up to $3,000. The resulting prize pool for the 50K will be split 50/50 by gender. Each gender share will be distributed with 50% to first place, 30% to second place, and 20% to third place. An additional $500 award will be given to the first runner who breaks the existing 50K course record in each gender.
