Ferris 50 Endurance Run
The Ferris 50 is an endurance trail event in Carson Valley, Nevada, held at the foot of the Carson Range of the Sierra Nevada. The 2026 edition follows the inaugural 2025 running and uses a mix of single-track trails, OHV trails, and minimal concrete to traverse the foothills of eastern Carson Valley with views of Job's Peak and the valley.

The start location is the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Gardnerville and the finish is at TJ's Corral at Carson Valley Inn in Minden. Parking is free at both the fairgrounds and the Carson Valley Inn. A free shuttle runs from the finish area to the start for runners.
Awards and finisher items are provided for each distance. The 50 mile division awards a long-sleeve finisher shirt and finisher buckle and pays cash prizes of $500, $250, and $150 for first through third places. The 50k and 15k divisions offer a long-sleeve finisher shirt and finisher medal; podium prizes for those distances are listed as TBD.
A finish-line festival takes place at TJ's Corral with food and beverages available for purchase and an awards ceremony to honor top finishers. Registered racers qualify for a special rate at the host hotel, Carson Valley Inn, which offers an indoor pool, hot tubs, and on-site dining.
