Start Fitness Exeter 10K 2026

The Start Fitness Exeter 10K returns with a new flat road course. The previous unmade section has been removed, producing a smoother route designed for faster times. The event is organised as a two-day weekend meeting, staged over two evenings in July 2026.

Friday Night - The Fast One is aimed at runners targeting faster times and competitive racing, with fast pacing groups expected. Saturday Night - PBs for Everyone uses the same flat course with a more relaxed and supportive atmosphere and organised pacer trains to guide target efforts.

PB pacer trains are listed as tbc; Friday includes 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42 and 45 minutes, and Saturday includes 45, 47.30, 50, 52.30, 55, 60, 65 and 70 minutes. All finishers receive a medal. The course is fully signed and marshalled, professionally chip timed and officially measured. The event is an England Athletics licensed event, licence number tbc.

Entry options are shown for each evening, with the advertised price at £25 per evening. A Devon Air Ambulance place is available as free entry in return for a £50 donation. The venue is Exeter Sea Cadets Building, Canal Banks, Exeter EX2 8DU. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
