Start Fitness Exeter 10K 2026

The Start Fitness Exeter 10K takes place at the Exeter Sea Cadets Building, Canal Banks, Exeter EX2 8DU. The event uses a brand new flat road course with the previous unmade section removed, creating a smoother route designed for fast times. It is organised as a two evening weekend event, with separate sessions on Friday and Saturday.

Friday is billed as The Fast One, aimed at runners targeting quicker times and competitive racing with strong pacing groups. Saturday is billed as PBs for Everyone, using the same flat course with a more relaxed atmosphere and pacer trains for a range of target times. PB pacer trains are listed as tbc; target times shown by the organiser include Friday targets of 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42 and 45 minutes, and Saturday targets of 45, 47.30, 50, 52.30, 55, 60, 65 and 70 minutes.

The event provides a finisher medal for all runners, a fully signed and marshalled course, professional chip timing and an officially measured course. It is noted as an England Athletics licensed event with the licence number to be confirmed. Entry is listed at £25 for the 10 km sessions.
