EpicTrails - Guided Run

Mugdock, United Kingdom • 30 Oct 2025

Event

The EpicTrails Halloween special is a 10 km trail run on 30 October 2025 around Carbeth, the West Highland Way and Craigallian woods. The run starts from parking spaces opposite St Mocha Drive Thru, Carbeth (G63 9AY). The route will use local trails and other nearby paths.

The run is organised as a social, guided outing rather than a race. A qualified, experienced, insured and first-aid trained guide will lead the group. Participants will regroup at points along the route and the organisers say no one will be left behind. Fancy dress is optional and there will be a prize for the best costume.

Practical information

Mandatory kit includes trail shoes and a head torch; the full kit list will be detailed in the run brief. Dogs and under 18s are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. The runs are not for profit - money raised will first cover costs and any remainder will be donated to a local charity periodically.

Entry is listed at £3.00, plus a service fee of 4% (minimum 50p). Total places are 14 and the event status is open. Refunds are available only if requested; no refunds are given with less than 24 hours notice. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
