EpicTrails - Guided Run

Mugdock, United Kingdom • 6 Nov 2025

Event overview

EpicTrails 6km tests local trails by headtorch on a night route that starts from Milngavie Train Station, G62 8PG. The route uses sections of the Clyde Coastal Path, the West Highland Way and other nearby trails. The event is described as a social run rather than a race, with regrouping points and an approach that aims to ensure no one is left behind.

Event details

A qualified, experienced guide will lead the run and has insurance and first aid training. Mandatory kit includes trail shoes and a headtorch; participants without required kit will not be allowed to join. Dogs and people under 18 are not permitted because they are not covered by the event insurance. The run operates on a not-for-profit basis: fees first cover costs and any remainder is donated to a local charity on a periodic basis. Entry costs include a ticket price of £3.00 and a service fee of 4% (minimum 50p). Total places are 14 and the event status is open. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
