The Doggie Dash Trail 5K is part of the Wagner Subaru Outdoor Experience in Dayton, OH, on Sunday, October 5, 2025. The course runs around Eastwood MetroPark and includes grassy fields, tree-lined trails, and sections along the Mad River, with the finish inside Eastwood MetroPark (1385 Harshman Rd). Participants may run with dogs; doggie bowls will be available.

Timing and finish-line services are provided by a timing company and results are posted on the Key Sports website. Awards are provided by Runners Plus. Volunteers will direct parking on site.

The event is promoted as waste free; participants are encouraged to bring refillable water bottles because there will be limited cups at the water stop. Registration pricing in 2025 is listed as $30 through September 25 (shirt included), $35 from September 26 through October 4 (shirt not guaranteed), and $40 on race day. Transfers to another participant are permitted through September 21.

Organizers state they may reschedule, cancel, or convert the event to a virtual 5K for reasons such as foul weather or public safety; there are no refunds and race items will not be mailed.
