Dirty Duo

Dirty Duo is a trail race held on the rugged North Shore trails. Presented as a pre-summer peak training event, it offers multiple course options to suit different race goals and abilities.

All races start and finish at Inter River Park in North Vancouver. Course maps and elevation profiles are provided for each distance. The 35 km route includes the climb known as Old Buck. A relay option divides the course into two 15 km legs.

Practical information notes parking at Inter River Park and additional parking at Capilano University, with carpooling recommended. Racers are asked not to park at the Equestrian Center or Jaycee House.

Aid stations supply water, electrolyte drink, gels, chips, blocks or chews, cookies and other treats. First aid supplies are available at every aid station. Listed aid station locations are the Fisherman’s and Bridle Path junction, Mushroom and Upper Dales junction, and Old Buck and Empress Bypass.

Logistics include package pickup the day before at the Running Room in North Vancouver and pickup on race day at the start area. Dry bags may be dropped at the start area if the race number is marked on the bag. Awards include a finisher medal for every racer and podium awards for the top three by gender in each event.
