Runners then follow the picturesque Grand Union Canal towpath north to Stoke Hammond, climb through countryside to Great Brickhill, pass through Rushmere Country Park woodland, and return via the Greensand Ridge and canal towpath, finishing with a clockwise lap of Tiddenfoot Waterside Park.
