Late registrations for the individual 12 Hour and 50 mile divisions may be allowed at packet pickup if those divisions do not fill; late entrants may not receive a shirt or a personalized plaque.

Course and race details

The course is multiple laps of a USATF-certified 1.00 mile loop inside Delano Park. Aid is available on each lap. The path is unpaved, partially tree-lined, and largely flat with less than 15 feet of elevation change per lap. Average historical temperatures are about 60F high and 40F low; weather can vary and has included rain and snow. There is room in the park for participants to set up a base camp, and permanent bathrooms plus extra port-a-potties will be available.

Packet pickup and a pre-race dinner take place at Westminster Presbyterian Church; race-day packet pickup is at Delano Park with self-serve race bags. Awards in the 12 Hour race are based on highest mileage (top 3 overall, masters, grandmasters); relay awards are by team mileage. Final standings count only fully completed laps; partial laps are not counted. Each participant receives a personalized plaque, a race T-shirt, and additional schwag.
