Wade Mountain Marathon

Wade Mountain Marathon is a trail running event in Huntsville, AL, held at 10130 Spragins Hollow Rd NW. The event offers three distances:

All race entries include a hooded sweatshirt, a finisher medal, and a post race meal. Waitlists are available if the event sells out. Registration closes on Thu, Oct 15 at 11:59PM CT.

Time limits are in place: the marathon has an eight hour cutoff and the half marathon has a six hour cutoff. Marathon runners must reach the start/finish area around the halfway point (about 14.8 miles) within the event cutoffs. Progress may be checked at aid stations.

Packet pickup is available at the RunningLane store, 2407 Memorial Parkway SW Suite 1, Huntsville, AL 35801, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Late packet pickup is available on race morning.

The event is planned to run rain or shine on these low-traffic trails. In severe or trail-damaging conditions the course may be delayed, altered, or canceled at the Land Trust's discretion to protect the greenspace.
