THE F5 Half Marathon, 5K & 1 Mile takes place on September 26, 2026, at Hays Farm Park Run, 1117 Haysland Rd SW, Huntsville, AL 35803. The festival includes the following distances:

  • 1 Mile (community fun run for casual walkers and kids)

The half marathon is listed as certified. The 5K is described as a scenic run along the trails of Hays Farm and is a timed event but not certified. The course will start and finish around the pond, about 1/2 mile from the greenway entrance.

Logistics and activities

Packet pick-up is available at Swift Recovery (next to Fleet Feet in Jones Valley) on Friday from 10:00 to 15:00, with additional race morning packet pick-up before the event. Parking is at the Grissom parking lot by the Hays Farm clubhouse. The festival also includes a short community bike ride following the Elgie's Walk Greenway, pop-up fitness classes, local food trucks, health and wellness vendors, door prizes from more than 40 vendors, and on-site fishing.
