Darwen Tough 10km is a club road race held on 6th September 2026 in Darwen, Lancashire. The event uses a new route that incorporates sections of the Darwen Half Marathon course and includes hillier terrain with scenic views. The advertised distance is 10 km and the entry fee is £12.03.

The course starts and ends at Blacksnape Playing Fields on Blacksnape Road. Runners follow the Darwen Half route up to Bull Hill, after which the route separates to run across both trail and path before rejoining on Blacksnape Road near the Old Crown and Thistle. Women only 50 km ultramarathon around Hebden Bridge with about 1400 m ascent, four vegan friendly checkpoints and a 10 hour cutoff at checkpoint 4.

A 24 mile walk or run around Calderdale from Heath Rugby Club near Halifax, with checkpoints, refreshments, a finishers certificate and a meal; bring your own mug.

A trail backyard ultra at Hollinwood Scout Camp where runners repeat two off road loops each hour until one person remains; field limited to 100 competitors.

A 10 km trail race through Gisburn Forest organised by Pendle Trail Running Club with chip timing, photography and a race medal.
