The event starts and finishes in Wendover with registration at the Shoulder of Mutton pub (HP22 6EJ), which is about one minute from Wendover Train Station. Entry on the day is available and the entry price includes a pint. The minimum age to take part is 14 on the day. Juniors run in the main race and there are prizes for U23, U18 and U16 categories. Teams are permitted, with team scoring counting the first four men and the first three women.
