Covering approximately 9.4 miles with 2,411 feet of vertical gain, the course starts at 10,780 feet at Mountain Goat Plaza and ascends through scenic trails including the A-Basin summer road, Black Mountain Lodge, Zuma Cornice, and Little Lenawee peak. Runners experience world-class alpine views and technical singletrack descents like Half Moon Vista and Argentine North Fork trail, finishing back at Mountain Goat Plaza with live music and food. The race is capped at 650 participants and offers divisions for Sport, Expert, and Pro runners, with prizes and season awards.
