Breckenridge Oktoberfest 5K

The Breckenridge Oktoberfest 5K is a trail run held on the Town of Breckenridge Trails that highlights changing aspens and local mountain scenery. The course finishes at Blue River Plaza on Main Street, adjacent to the Breckenridge Oktoberfest activities on race day.

The event is limited to 300 runners. The first 250 registrants receive a long-sleeve technical race tee. Participants aged 21 and older receive one Oktoberfest beer token. Registration remains open until race start on Saturday, September 26th.

Parking is available free of charge under cover at the South Gondola Parking Structure during the posted hours. The SMC operates the event under a special use permit from the USDA Forest Service, White River National Forest. Information is provided about volunteering and supporting the town trails.
