The course will be well marked with pink flagging and directional arrows; course marshals will staff key junctions and aid stations. Maps and Strava routes will be updated by February 6, 2026. Pre-registration opens February 6, 2026 and closes at 12:00pm on August 6, 2026; pre-registration is encouraged as the event may sell out. If space remains, day-of registration is available at packet pick-up.

Registration includes a marked course, stocked aid stations, professional chip timing, post-race food, post-race beer for those 21 and older, and a commemorative gift; a hat is guaranteed for racers who register before July 1, 2026. Packet and bib pickup occur the day before and the morning of the race; participants must complete an online waiver to receive a bib.

Aid stations: 10k runners have two stations (miles 1.4 and 3.9); half marathon runners have three (miles 3.1, 8.3, and 10.9); 5k has no aid stations. Stations provide water, Skratch hydration mix, fruit, M&M’s, pretzels, gummy bears, and hand sanitizer. Racers are encouraged to carry personal hydration. Trails are on Town of Frisco and US Forest Service land; strollers and pets are not permitted. Music users should wear one ear bud only. Overall and age-category prizes are awarded; a post-race plaza party offers food, music, and beer for those 21 and older. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
