The half marathon has three aid stations at miles 3.1, 8.3, and 10.9. The 5k has no aid stations. Participants are encouraged to carry personal hydration.

Registration for the 2026 event is open and pre-registration is encouraged; registration closes at 12:00pm on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Day-of registration at packet pick-up may be available if the event does not sell out. Packet pick-up occurs the day before and the morning of the races.

Races use Town of Frisco and US Forest Service trails; strollers and pets are not allowed. Runners compete at their own risk on mountainous terrain and may encounter weather or wildlife. The race director may cancel or postpone the event; refunds are not available.
