The Chopwell Trail Series, organized by Consett Canicross, returns to Chopwell Woods for its fourth year, offering participants the chance to run either 5k or 10k on beautiful, challenging trails. Open to runners of all abilities, the event features marked routes that reward finishers with stunning medals. Participants can expect awards for the top male and female finishers in each distance, along with prizes for the top three finishers and spot prizes. The event also includes free photographs, post-run drinks for both runners and their dogs, and veterinary cover. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to an animal charity.
