Facilities and entries

Race HQ is at the Scout Hut, Reiverdale Road, Ashington, NE63 9GH. There is free parking next to the HQ and numbers are collected there. First aid is on site and a baggage store is available. There are no on-course distance markers, no on-course water stations, and no on-site changing or showers. Water is provided at the finish and toilets are available off-site on the route from the HQ. All finishers receive a mug and other gifts, plus a medal; there are main and age-related prizes. On-site stalls include a charity cake stall, a running club shop, and a craft stall. Entry fees listed are £19.00 for affiliated runners and £21.00 for unaffiliated runners. Entry on the day is not available. A preordered reindeer item can be added for charity for £5.
