Saturn Running stages Lord of The Run - North on Sunday 21 June 2026 at Durham Amateur Rowing Club, Green Lane, Old Elvet, Durham. The event is organised as a 7 hour Time Challenge that allows participants to choose how many laps to run, subject to UK Athletics age restrictions.

The course runs along a stretch of the River Wear with views of the Cathedral and is classified as a trail run. The route is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. Headphones are allowed. The event is held on public footpaths; runners should be considerate of other path users.
