The Chiltern 50 Ultra Challenge takes place on Saturday 26 September 2026 with a basecamp at Henley Showground. The event uses looped routes based at Henley and offers supported distances with stated elevation gains. There are options for walkers, joggers, and runners, including a Solo Challenger start category, an Ultra March category for walkers aiming for specific time targets, and a Trailblazerz option for faster competitive runners.

- 50 km - 920 m elevation, Henley basecamp loop
- 25 km - 500 m elevation, Henley basecamp loop
- 10 km - ~235 m elevation, 10 km loop from and to Henley basecamp
The route is fully signed with high-visibility arrows and uses GPS tracking via the event app. Rest stops are positioned roughly every 12.5 km, with larger stops at about 25 km and 50 km; stops provide hot drinks, water, energy drinks, snacks every 12.5 km, and a main meal approximately every 25 km. Medical teams, paramedics, podiatrists, and massage services are available at rest stops and along the route. Organiser services include on-site camping packages, parking, shuttle buses to nearby train stations, transfers, and finish-line hospitality including a finisher’s medal, t-shirt, and a glass of fizz.
