Cabin Fever 50K is a 50-kilometer point-to-point ultramarathon through New River Gorge National Park, West Virginia. The course starts in downtown Fayetteville and finishes at Hawks Nest State Park, delivering winter scenery from expansive ridgelines on single-track, past waterfalls, and along the New River beneath the iconic New River Gorge Bridge. Shared with much of Rim to River 100, this race offers a true winter trail-running experience and is billed as the original winter ultra in the park. A shuttle returns finishers to the start, with three fully stocked aid stations and one hydration stop, plus finisher medals and optional shirts for early registrants.
