The Bowels of Fleetwith is a unique fell race set to take place at Honister Slate Mine. Participants will don helmets and headtorches as they embark on a thrilling ½ mile uphill journey into the underground mines, navigating 1km of specially designed tunnels and chambers. After exiting the mines, competitors will race towards Fleetwith Pike and Grey Knotts, covering a total distance of just over 6km with a challenging ascent of 1500m. Open to individuals aged 16 and over, this event promises an unforgettable experience in a stunning location. Entry fees are set at £30.
