Born 2B Wild III is a trail event held at Hamsterley Forest on 8 March 2026. The course is approximately 5k (ish) and features natural trail surfaces with mud, hills and obstacles. The course description notes potential tripping hazards and technical running surfaces; appropriate clothing and footwear are required.

The event is open to participants of all abilities and permits dogs. Entrants must be at least 16 years old; dog age requirements are stated as over 1 year to 18 months on the event date. All dogs must wear a suitable running harness attached to a bungee line and waist belt. Veterinary cover is provided by WestWay Veterinary Hospital and both human and canine first aid cover are present.

Individual finishing times are recorded by two independent timekeepers. The event uses a staggered start based on estimated times. Entry includes a finisher medal, event photographs, a post run drink for participant and dog, trophies for first male and female individual finishers, and medals for each member of the Top Dogz team. Ten percent of entry income is donated to an animal charity.

Team awards (Top Dogz) require teams of five; the winner is decided by aggregate time, with the total time divided by five. The event limit is 50 entrants and entries close on 02 March 2026.
