The event is a trail race weekend based at Longtown Hall, Longtown, Herefordshire HR2 0LD on Saturday 11 July 2026. It offers multiple distances with self-navigation and tracking. A GPX file and route map will be provided. Minimum entry age is 17. The organiser provides checkpoints, chip timing, trackers, on-course medical support and a physio service. Hot food is provided for ultra entrants; cold food is available for all distances. Local camping and parking are available, with a £5 parking ballot system.

Support and facilities

All distances are self-navigation on approximately 90% trail and 10% road. The event supplies checkpoints, water stations, drop bag zone for the 50-mile ultra, back runners and a full mobile medical unit. Mandatory kit is required and checked at registration; examples include waterproof jacket and trousers, race vest or pack, base layer, capacity to carry up to 2 litres of fluid, map or GPX file, charged mobile phone and power bank, first aid items, foil blanket, reusable cup, and appropriate trail footwear.
