Entry details

Entry limits per event are: 50 miles - 135 entrants, 30 miles - 50 entrants, 20 miles - 65 entrants. Entry fees are listed by distance and membership status: LDWA members pay £40 for 50 miles, £27 for 30 miles and £18 for 20 miles; non members pay £55 for 50 miles, £42 for 30 miles and £33 for 20 miles. The event offers an optional XCover for potential refunds under unforeseen circumstances.

Route and logistics

Routes explore the Black Mountains and the Forgotten Landscape World Heritage area above Blaenavon. The courses include sections of the cancelled Y 100 Sir Fynwy and the Valleys 100 route, with climbs such as Deri, Loxidge Tump and Skirrid via Cwmyoy, Llanthony and Pandy. The route also goes into Blaenavon’s World Heritage landscape, Coity Mountain, and finishes along the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal.
