The Cymoedd Sir Fynwy is a mountain event organized by the South Wales LDWA. Course Details
The routes incorporate sections from notable previous events, including the Valleys 100 and the postponed Y 100 Sir Fynwy. The course features significant elevation changes with climbs across the Black Mountains, specifically visiting locations such as Deri, Loxidge Tump, and Skirrid via Cwmyoy, Llanthony, and Pandy.
The courses also traverse the industrial heritage areas of Coity Mountain and the Blaenavon World Heritage site. The final sections of the routes lead participants along the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal. Each distance has a specific time limit for completion, with the longest distance extending into the following day.

The event headquarters is located at The Girl Guide Hall in Abergavenny. While there is a car park at the hall, participants are directed to the Byfield Lane Car Park on Tudor Street for free parking, located approximately half a mile from the start. Registration follows a tiered pricing structure based on distance and membership status with the LDWA.
