Birk Brow and Skelton Warren is a Regional orienteering event organised by CLOK at Coatham Woods near Eaglescliffe. The event is scheduled for Sunday 14th December. Well behaved dogs are welcome. After the entry deadline a £2 surcharge applies and course choice may be limited; very limited entry on the day will depend on map availability and the same surcharge.

  • Blue: 5.6 km, 30 m climb, 20 controls
  • Green: 4.8 km, 30 m climb, 17 controls
  • Light Green: 4.0 km, 20 m climb, 11 controls
  • Short Green: 2.8 km, 10 m climb, 12 controls
  • Orange: 3.2 km, 20 m climb, 11 controls
  • Yellow: 2.0 km, 9 controls
  • White: 1.5 km, 9 controls

Standard fees listed include Senior £8.50, Senior Novice £2.50, Non British Orienteering member surcharge £2.00, Senior chip hire £1.00, Junior/Student £2.50, and Junior/Student chip hire £1.00. A late Senior fee of £10.50 is also listed. Juniors are defined as under 21 on 31st December. Adults entering white, yellow, or orange courses pay the junior fee.
