Banchory Lunchtime Trails Session : event details

This is a social trail run on 15 September 2025 that includes short running intervals to add an element of challenge. The intervals are described as short in duration and aim to help improve running form, speed, power and fitness. The session is led by a trail running coach and lasts one hour. Total places are 20 and the event status is open.

Meeting point: take the road off Dee Street toward Scolty Woods and meet at the parking lay-by on the right hand side of the road, about 50 metres up, by a community noticeboard and recycling bins.

Practical information

Cost is £6 per person. Payment is made via EntryCentral. Refunds are issued only if the organiser cancels the session. Photographs and video may be taken during the sessions for use on social media; participants should inform the organiser before the session if they do not wish to be photographed or filmed. All participants accept responsibility for their own health and fitness and declare they are medically fit to take part; it is advised to consult a doctor before undertaking strenuous exercise.
