Millstone Hill Race
The Millstone Hill Race takes place on 11 September 2026. The route is approximately 10km with 377m of elevation, starting and finishing at the Bennachie Visitor Centre car park. The course is a hill race on mixed terrain and will have course markings along the route.
Entry fee is £12.50 plus an administration fee. Online entries close Wednesday 9 September 2026 and there are no entries on the day. All entrants must be 18 or over on race day. The event lists a total of 75 places; current availability is not specified. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers.
All runners must register and collect their race number before the event. Appropriate footwear and kit should be worn to suit the terrain and weather; trail shoes are highly recommended. Water will be available at the finish line. Parking is available at the Visitor Centre car park but the organisers do not have exclusive use and participants are responsible for any individual parking charges.
Participants should inform the organisers of any existing medical conditions and carry any required medication during the race. Headphones and dogs are not permitted. The race is run under Scottish Hill Runners guidelines and rules and entrants are responsible for their own safety. A GPX file for the route is provided.
