The Auchterarder 10K Chilli Trail Race is a trail running event held in Auchterarder. The route leaves the town and moves into the foothills of the Ochil Hills, with mixed surfaces, forest trails, sustained climbs, technical downhills and a couple of stream crossings. The mapped route has a distinctive chilli pepper shape and will be provided to entrants before the event.

Entries were online only, subject to a field limit of 650 places, and were scheduled to close on 24 October or when the limit was reached. Runners must be at least 16 years old on race day. Headphones are not permitted on the course, though bone conduction headphones are allowed. There is no time cutoff for completing the course.

All runners are required to register in person to collect a race number and timing chip and should expect ID checks at registration. Unsecured baggage storage is available at registration and at the start and finish area; the organisers do not accept responsibility for stored items. A race safety briefing will be issued to entrants ahead of the event.
