ATR Summer Series - Belair National Park (2026-27)
The Adelaide Trail Runners Summer Series 2026-27 is a six-race trail series running from 22 November 2026 through the Surf Run weekend on 13-14 March 2027. Races take place at Cleland North, Bridgewater, Belair National Park, Robe, Cleland South and Port Elliot (Surf Run). The series includes an XL subseries that comprises Belair XL, Robe Run and Surf Run.
Available race distances:
- XL Course (27 km) - Belair only
- Long Course (18-22 km)
- Medium Course (13-15 km)
- Short Course (8-11 km)
- 5 km race
Series scoring counts each competitor's best four scores from the six races. Standard points for Cleland North, Bridgewater, Belair and Cleland South are: 1st 25, 2nd 16, 3rd 12, 4th 9, 5th 7. Robe Run and Surf Run carry 50% bonus points: 1st 38, 2nd 24, 3rd 18, 4th 14, 5th 11. The XL subseries has age categories Under 25, 25-40, 40-55 and 55+. Prizes are awarded to male and female categories only; non-binary participants are welcome but not eligible for prize categories.
Qualification and rules: to qualify for series awards a competitor must start at least four of the six races. The XL Series requires participation in at least two of the three XL events. Overall distance winners receive presentation at the Surf Run final and take precedence over age group wins. Age group on race documents is determined by age on 17 January 2027.
Minimum ages: XL and Long Courses 15 years, Medium Course 12 years, Short Course 10 years (exceptions by prior permission). Bib pick-up is available on race morning from 6:30am onwards. Cut-off time limits are: XL 4 hours, Long 3.5 hours, Medium 3 hours, Short 2.5 hours, 5 km 2 hours. The 5 km option does not carry series awards.
