- Long Course: 18-22 km
- Medium Course: 13-15 km
- Short Course: 8-10 km
- 5 km option
Minimum ages: Long Course 15 years, Medium Course 12 years, Short Course 10 years (younger runners may require prior permission).
Scoring, awards and cut-offs
To qualify for series awards a competitor must start at least four of the five races. Points are awarded to the top five finishers overall and in each age group. Only the best four scores count toward final series standings. Overall distance winners take priority over age group wins. If a competitor starts and is later disqualified or withdraws through injury, that start still counts toward the minimum four races; repeated or abusive behaviour may result in disqualification from series awards at the Race Director's discretion.
Cut-off times per course are published: Long Course 3.5 hours, Medium Course 3 hours, Short Course 2.5 hours, 5 km 2 hours.
