Cleland National Park hosts Trail Running SA’s Race #4 Cleland National Park, returning to the Adelaide Hills’ bushland along the Cleland trails. The network takes runners through native woodlands, perched swamps, creeks and potential waterfalls with a distinctly hilly terrain and plentiful wildlife, including kangaroos and koalas. Distances offered are long about 21 km (≈824 m ascent), medium 16 km, short 10 km, and a 1.5 km kids route.

The long course is a UTMB Index race with 1 ITRA point; medals awarded to all placegetters; drink stations, nutrition, and world-famous brownies.
