Race #4 - Cleland National Park
Race #4 takes place at Cleland National Park, Mount Lofty Summit Road, Crafers SA, on September 6, 2026. The event is held on a network of native trails in the Adelaide Hills face zone and features varied terrain with wooded sections, forests, perched swamps, creeks and occasional waterfalls. The route offers views across the Adelaide Hills and surrounding areas and runs through zones of native wildlife and cultural heritage.
The course is noticeably hilly and runners commonly encounter local animals such as kangaroos and koalas. The venue is under a 30 minute drive from the city. Routes and maps are published for each distance and may be updated close to the event.

Race services include drink stations supplying water and lollies; participants must bring their own drinking container. Placegetters receive medals and there are food items including fruit and chocolate brownies, sponsor tents, and on-site massage. The long course is listed as a UTMB Index race and an ITRA National Challenge event; the courses do not award ITRA points. Course cutoffs are strictly enforced and runners must remain ahead of course sweepers. Walkers may take part in the short event only. Parking may be restricted depending on entry numbers.
