Arches Marathon and Half
Arches Marathon and Half is a fall trail race in Moab, Utah, offering multiple distances that run through red rock country and desert canyons. Races begin near the Behind the Rocks Wilderness Study Area and pass features such as sandy double track, jeep roads, Picture Frame Arch, desert meadow trails, and views of the La Sal Mountains. The half marathon is run point to point.

Course materials include maps, interactive maps, and downloadable GPX files for each distance. Elevation figures and total gain/loss are provided for each course. The finish line is at the same location as the start.
This is a cup-less event. Runners should bring a reusable cup; water dispensers are available at the start/finish and at every aid station to fill bladders, bottles, and cups. Aid station mileage, cutoff times, and course limit information are published for the event.
Packet pickup is available the day before the race and on race morning; a photo ID is required to receive a packet and entries are non-transferable. Free camping is offered at the Mad Moose Base Camp for participants and their family or crew. Runners receive event apparel and a finisher medal.
