Arches Marathon
Arches Marathon takes place in Moab, UT on October 2, 2027 and is organized by Mad Moose Events. The event offers multiple trail race distances that run through desert and canyon terrain around the Behind the Rocks Wilderness Study Area.
The course begins near Behind the Rocks Wilderness Study Area and climbs toward the first aid station where the La Sal Mountains come into view. Runners follow sandy double track that becomes a jeep road as many routes pass by Picture Frame Arch. The routes include desert meadow trails and sections with red cliffs and expansive canyon views.
