Hypnosis Night Runs is a set of night trail races staged at the Estrella Mountain Competitive Track in Tolleson, Arizona. The event is part of the 2026 Insomniac Night Trail Run Series and uses multiple loops of desert single-track that pass through rolling terrain and areas with saguaro cactus under a starlit sky.

Distances offered include:

  • 34K
  • 21K
  • 13K

Course and support: the courses feature a mix of fast, smooth sections and more challenging mountainous sections. A main start/finish aid station is fully stocked with water, ice, electrolyte drinks, salty and sweet snacks, fruit, peanut butter and jelly, bean rollups, and hot food such as quesadillas and grilled cheese. There is at least one fully stocked remote aid station and multiple water-only stations positioned on course. Course marking uses orange ribboning, reflective medallions, and laminated signs; non-race trails are marked with checkerboard flagging.

Logistics and rules: crews are allowed at the start/finish area and drop bags are provided at a designated location. Pacers are permitted only for the 52K, starting with the fourth loop. The overall cutoff for the event is 5:30 AM; 52K runners must depart for their final loop by 3:00 AM. Online registration closes on June 8 at 11:59 PM MT. The event follows a cupless policy; runners should provide their own reusable cup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
