Fat Ox Endurance Runs
Buckeye, United States • 20-22 Nov 2026
Fat Ox Endurance Runs is a multi day ultrarunning event held November 20 to 22, 2026 at Estrella Mountain Regional Park in Goodyear, Arizona. The event includes both fixed-time and fixed-distance formats and will host the USATF 24 Hour Championship during the weekend. Races use a USATF certified 0.988178 mile concrete loop around the park turf picnic area. The course has about 6 feet of elevation gain per loop and a listed maximum elevation of 923 feet.
The loop is marked with cones and flagging and runners are required to follow the course without cutting inside the curve markers. On-course support includes a fully stocked aid station available throughout the event and a water refill station on the opposite side of the loop. The aid station provides prepared meals and staple items such as peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, bean roll-ups, cookies, candy, coffee, soda and sports drinks. Crew access and personal drop bags are accommodated in a designated area adjacent to the course.
Pacers are not permitted for any event. The USATF 24 Hour Championship has eligibility and anti-doping requirements in line with USATF and World Athletics rules; prize money is offered for top men and women finishers. Medical coverage is provided on site for the duration of the event. Camping options and rental tents are available at a nearby park area with applicable park fees.
