The half marathon is described as a hilly, technical trail course with over 1,500 feet of elevation gain. There are three aid stations: Aid Station 1 at mile 6.12 (Louis/Warren Richardson), Aid Station 2 at mile 8.44 (South Burma/Marsh at Buick Meadows), and Aid Station 3 at mile 10.41 (Marsh/Canyon). Water and electrolytes are available at Aid Stations 1 and 3.

This is a cup free event; participants are asked to bring their own bottle or reusable cup. Parking at the park is $8 at the entrance or free with a Sonoma County Regional park pass. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
