Course Information
The courses consist of singletrack trails around Lake Sonoma in wine country. The 100-mile race is two loops of a 50-mile course, which includes the Pritchett Peaks hill climb, an area closed to the public except on race day. The 50-mile race follows the original Lake Sonoma 50 course. The marathon is a single loop described as having big highs and lows and water crossings.
Free on-site camping near the start/finish area is available for registered participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration and Logistics
Registration opens on January 1, 2026, via UltraSignup. Price tiers increase over time, with the final registration closing on October 12, 2026. Shirts are guaranteed if ordered by September 15.
Bib pickup is scheduled for Friday, October 16, 2026, at Healdsburg Running Company in Healdsburg, CA. The event starts and finishes at the Lake Sonoma Recreation Area in Geyserville, though the 50-mile race begins at The Ranch at Lake Sonoma.
