2026 Napa Valley Trail Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K
The event takes place on March 21, 2026, at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park in Saint Helena, California. Registration is limited to 300 participants. Distances offered:

Course and logistics
The races run on single-track trails through Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. The course includes hills, streams, and rocky sections. The 10K is a single loop. The Half Marathon consists of the 10K loop twice. Marathoners run the 10K loop, complete a south out-and-back extension to the Old Bale Grist Mill, repeat that sequence, and finish with a final 10K loop.
The course is marked with orange ribbon at turns and trail crossings. There is one aid station at the start/finish area; half marathoners pass it once between loops, and marathoners encounter it at approximately miles 6, 10, 16, and 20. The course cut-off is 6 hours; published pace limits apply for each distance. Hikers and walkers are permitted. Bib numbers are mailed beginning two weeks before the event; pick-up and distance changes are available on race morning. Parking inside the park carries a $10 per vehicle fee, with free overflow parking along Highway 29. Headphones and other audio devices are not allowed on course for safety. Finisher medals are awarded for full and half marathoners and all participants receive a T-shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
