The 10K is a single loop. The Half Marathon runs the 10K loop twice. The Marathon consists of the 10K loop plus a 4-mile out-and-back section to the Old Bale Grist Mill, repeated, and then a final 10K loop. There is one aid station at the start/finish area; marathoners encounter aid at miles 6, 10, 16, and 20. The course cut-off is 6 hours. Headphones and other audio devices are not allowed on course for safety. Parking inside the park is $10 per vehicle; overflow parking is available along Hwy 29.
