Course Details

Participants can choose from three distances:

  • Marathon
  • Half Marathon
  • 10K

There is an overall course cut-off time of 6 hours. Hikers and walkers are welcome. The 10K is a single loop. The Half Marathon consists of two 10K loops. The Marathon involves running the 10K loop, followed by a 4-mile out-and-back section, and then repeats this combination before a final 10K loop. The course is marked with orange ribbon at turns and trail crossings.

One aid station is located at the start/finish area. Runners are highly recommended to carry their own hydration.

Participant Information

All participants receive a t-shirt. Finisher medals are awarded for the full and half marathon distances. Personalized award ribbons are mailed to the top three male and female finishers in each age group several weeks after the race.

Bib numbers are mailed to participants approximately two weeks before the event. Athlete check-in for bib pickup or distance changes is available on the morning of the race from 8:00 to 8:50 AM.

Parking within Bothe-Napa State Park costs $10 per vehicle. Free parking is available along Highway 29 outside the park. For safety reasons on narrow trails, the use of headphones or other audio devices is not allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
