Logistics and rules

The event is cupless; disposable cups are not provided at aid stations and each participant is responsible for carrying a water bottle or reusable cup. Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis near the gym parking lot. Check-in and bib pickup take place on race morning at the event start area.

Cutoff times are listed for the longer races: a 5-hour cutoff for the 26K and a 3.5-hour cutoff for the 10K. The organizer does not provide refunds in the event of cancellation by either party. Prize payouts are specified for the 26K top finishers: 1st $750, 2nd $500, 3rd $300; 26K winners also receive an entry into Lake Sonoma 55K. Top three men and women in the 10K receive a unique prize. Scenic single track trails, hills and streams in Bothe Napa Valley State Park near Saint Helena host marathon, half and 10K races on March 21, 2026. Limited to 300 runners, the event offers T shirts and medals for the marathon and half.
