963 Beulah Challenge : event summary
The 963 Beulah Challenge is a timed trail running event hosted by Terrain Trail Runners at Greensfelder County Park in Wildwood, Missouri. The event uses the Beulah Loop, a 4.2 mile single track trail with approximately 397 feet of elevation gain and 397 feet of elevation loss per loop. The trail surface is all dirt and includes rocks and roots; a solid headlamp is recommended.

The race is capped at 75 participants and operates a no crew, no pacers policy because of limited parking and space at the Beulah Shelter. Race headquarters and the single aid station are located at the Beulah Shelter; runners will pass the aid station once per loop. Drop bags and personal gear may be left at the shelter during check in.
A portion of proceeds is donated to Gateway Off Road Cyclists to support local trail work. The event accepts male, female, and non binary runners with self-declared gender identity at registration. The race is part of the Trail Mix Fund partnership that helps cover registration for underrepresented runners. The event is cup free and participants are expected to provide their own drinking receptacle. Optional custom race swag is available for purchase.
