The 9th annual 963 Beulah Challenge is a night trail running event on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Greensfelder County Park in Wildwood, Missouri (Beulah Shelter, 4515 Hencken Road). The race is capped at 75 participants and is presented by Terrain Trail Runners. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Gateway Off-Road Cyclists (GORC). The event welcomes male, female, and non-binary runners and honors self-declared gender identity without documentation. No crew, pacers, or spectators are allowed at the venue.
Course and logistics
The event is a timed multi-hour race run on a 4.2 mile loop on the Beulah Loop/Trail. Each loop has approximately 397 feet of elevation gain and 397 feet of elevation loss. The trail is 100% single track, all dirt, with rocks and roots; a solid headlamp is recommended. Distances offered:
- 9 Hours - 50K (8 loops)
- 6 Hours - 25.2 miles (6 loops)
- 3 Hours - 12.6 miles (3 loops)
Race headquarters, start/finish, and the single aid station are at the Beulah Shelter; runners will pass the aid station each loop. Drop bags and gear may be left at the shelter at check in. Race-day registration will be accepted on site for a cash fee; some event swag is available for purchase for cash. The event is cup-free; runners should bring their own drinking receptacle.
