9 Ladies Dancing – Virtual

Part of the Christmas Series, the 9 Ladies Dancing run takes place on 14th December 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose their target distance and have a fixed time window to complete it.

Participants can choose from the following distances:

  • 5k (two laps)
  • 10k
  • Half Marathon
  • Marathon
  • Ultra

Each lap is 2.5k. Runners and walkers share the same format and have seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. The route includes a hill that is run on every lap and a series of climbs and descents through two vineyards.

There is a virtual option that allows the event to be completed anywhere. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email, which may take a day or two to arrive. Paid virtual entries can receive a physical medal once the submitted run is verified and postage costs for international delivery are quoted separately. A free virtual option is available for results listing through the organiser’s Strava club but does not include a medal.

Entry fees are listed as Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00 and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. All fees are non refundable. A charity entry option is available for £10.00 on condition of meeting a fundraising requirement. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. A deferral option is available for £15.00 up to four weeks before the event and a personal cancellation insurance policy can be added at booking. A point to point 57 mile ultra along the Severn Way from Worcester to Stonehouse, passing Upton-on-Severn, Tewkesbury and Gloucester. Four checkpoints offer vegan and gluten free options, finishers receive a bespoke medal and a head visor.

Experience a self navigation trail challenge through the Brecon Beacons National Park with distances ranging from 13 to 50 miles. Enjoy full support and mountain landmarks on a course featuring over 11000 feet of elevation.

Circular routes from 10 to 40 miles start in Hallow and run through 12 local parishes, mainly off road on public footpaths. Checkpoints provide drinks and snacks and entry fees include refreshments, a hot meal and a completion certificate.

Join this multi lap marathon and half marathon event in Worcester featuring a flat off road course. Run solo or in relay teams with fancy dress and support local stroke recovery charities.
