7 Swans a Swimming - Ultra Running
The 7 Swans a Swimming Run is one day in a 12 Days of Christmas race series held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose a target distance and must complete it within a seven hour time limit.
The course is off road and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. Each lap measures 2.5k. The route includes a hill on each lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is described as suitable for walkers and runners.
Distances available:
- 5k Two laps, each 2.5k.
- 10k Four laps of 2.5k.
- Half Marathon Available distance option.
- Marathon Available distance option.
- Ultra Longer than marathon option.
Race bibs are collected at event registration. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email and may receive the same medal as on the day once the run is verified. Virtual entries are recorded on the results list; free virtual participation without a medal is also possible if run evidence is submitted. Entry fees are non refundable. A charity entry option is available for a reduced fee subject to fundraising conditions. Entries may be deferred for a fee up to four weeks before the event.
