The event is open to walkers and runners. Participants must be aged 18 or over.

Entry, format and rules

Entrants have a 7-hour time limit to complete their chosen distance. Race bibs are collected at on-site registration. A virtual option allows the distance to be completed remotely; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email and, after verification, the same type of medal as on-site finishers. Verification can be via the organiser’s Strava group or by submitting proof from a GPS device; international postage for medals incurs an additional cost. Entry fees are non-refundable. Standard fees listed are Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. A charity entry option is available for a reduced fee on the condition of meeting a fundraising requirement.
