5 Golden Rings Run

The 5 Golden Rings Run is part of a 12 Days of Christmas race series and is scheduled for 10th December 2026. It takes place at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose one of the following distances:
- 5k (2 laps)
- 10k
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Each lap is 2.5 km. The course is off-road, contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and includes a hill on each lap plus a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. Participants have a 7-hour time limit to complete their chosen distance. The event is described as suitable for walkers and runners.
Entry, medals and rules
Race bibs are collected at registration; virtual bibs are emailed to paid entrants. Medals are issued to paid entrants and each day in the series has a unique medal. Virtual participation is permitted; paid virtual entries are available and there is a free virtual option via the organiser’s Strava club where a medal is not included. Entry fees listed are: Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK £25.00, Virtual Overseas £39.00. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entry fees are non-refundable; entries may be deferred for £15 up to four weeks before the event.
