2 Turtle Doves is part of a Christmas series held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Participants choose one of these distances:
- 5k (2 laps)
- 10k
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Each lap measures 2.5 km. The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. The route includes a hill and a series of ups and downs that pass through two vineyards. The event accepts runners and walkers.
Entry and logistics
Entry fees are non-refundable. Standard prices listed are Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. There is a charity option where an entry can be taken for £10.00 provided the entrant commits to raising a minimum of twice that amount for the nominated charity; funds must be raised at least four weeks before the event. Entries are for adults aged 18 and over.
Race bibs are collected at registration. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email and can receive the same type of medal as paid race entrants; additional postage applies for international mailing. Paid entrants who submit verified virtual run evidence can receive mailed medals. Deferral to the next edition is possible for £15.00 up to four weeks before the event.
