The course is off-road and located entirely within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. It is described as a tough route with a hill and a series of up and downs through two vineyards. Participants have 7 hours to complete their chosen distance.

The event is open to walkers and runners. A virtual participation option is available, allowing individuals to complete their run anywhere in the world, preferably on the event date but with flexibility.
