The 12 Drummers Drumming Run is one day in a multi-day Christmas series at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose their distance and must complete it within a seven hour time limit. The event is open to walkers and runners and takes place on an off-road loop inside the manor grounds.

Each lap measures 2.5 km. The course runs through the grounds and includes a hill on every lap plus a series of rises and falls through two vineyards. The organiser describes the route as off-road and physically demanding.

Entries are payable and non refundable. Standard entry fees are listed for race and virtual options, with separate pricing for UK and overseas virtual entries. A charity entry option is available for a reduced fee subject to a fundraising commitment and deadlines. Virtual participants can submit verified results for a medal; international mailing may incur additional postage.

Race bibs are collected at registration on the day. Personal cancellation insurance is offered at booking and a deferred-entry option is available for a fee up to four weeks before the event.
