Trail Running calendar near Edison 2026-2027

Experience a 5K trail race through the scenic Stillwell Woods Preserve in Woodbury. This event honors the memory of Rob Lauterborn and supports the Center for Developmental Disabilities.

Experience a unique 5K trail run at Belmont Lake State Park where the focus is on luck rather than speed. Enjoy a chance to win cash prizes and refreshments at the finish line during this late November event.

A trail 6K through Institute Woods with a non-competitive 3K option for paces over 15 minutes per mile. Registrations are limited to 200, a fee applies, and post-run refreshments are provided.

A looped trail race at Holmdel Park with a 50K (ish) and a Halfish option on ~4.65 mile laps, varied trail terrain, RFID lap timing, and an 8 hour cutoff. Proceeds support MissionCleanWater.

Experience a fast and flat end of year ultra at Cooper River Park. Run a paved 3.75 mile loop featuring views of the Philadelphia skyline and access to a fully stocked aid station throughout the day.

Timed-lap ultrarun at the Livingston Oval where runners log laps for one, three, six, or twelve hours on a USATF-certified flat course; aid station support, tech race hats, and a 2027 finisher medal are included.

A 5K trail run and free kiddie fun run at Bethpage State Park with a virtual option, a good luck clover shirt for participants, and post race refreshments including beer for those 21 and over.
