The course is a loop through a wooded area at Camp Edey in Bayport, New York, adjacent to San Souci Lake. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to top three male and female finishers in age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, and 90+.
Bib pickup is handled by event staff before the event, and last-minute registrants receive a bib number by text shortly after registering. Proceeds support scholarships and programming that provide outdoor experiences, leadership development, and hands-on learning for girls across Suffolk County.
