Step Up for the Brave runs Aug 10–15, 2026 with 90 minute stair climb and walk challenges at Sacred Heart University plus a five day 40,000 step virtual challenge supporting veterans experiencing homelessness.

An obstacle based 5K at Short Beach in Stratford CT featuring more than 18 obstacles and a family friendly course. Proceeds support the Sterling Community Center including the food pantry and youth programs.
