Long Island Lemonade Trail 5K at Blydenburgh County Park

The Long Island Lemonade Trail 5K is a trail run and walk held at Blydenburgh County Park in Hauppauge, New York. The event includes a main 5 kilometer route and a free kiddie dash for children.

The course uses a mixture of pavement, dirt roads, and hard packed trails that are driveable by vehicle. Bathrooms are available within a few minutes walk from the start and finish, and porta johns are located near the finish line. An informal bag check area will be provided but organizers do not accept responsibility for personal belongings. Hydration is provided at the finish line. Post race refreshments are supplied by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water.

Parking recommendations note primary parking near Picnic Areas 1 to 5 about a half mile after the Veteran's Highway entrance, with additional parking at the boat launch and near the dog park.

A virtual option allows participants to log a time and upload up to five photos during a one week window around the event. Bib mailing is available for an extra fee if registration and shipping deadlines are met. Online recognition includes top overall awards and age group placements across standard age categories.
