The Long Island Lemonade Trail 5K is scheduled for May 23, 2026 at Blydenburgh County Park Campground Playground in Smithtown/Hauppauge, NY. Course and amenities

The route uses a mix of pavement, dirt roads, and hard-packed trails that are passable by vehicle. Bathrooms and porto-johns are located a short walk from the start and finish. Informal bag check will be available in the staging area. Hydration is provided at the finish line. Post-race refreshments are provided by event partners.

Registration and logistics

Registration is offered for in-person and virtual participation. A bib mailing option is available for an additional fee. Virtual participants can post times online and may upload up to five photos during the posting window. Bib pickup for in-person participants is handled by event staff starting one hour before the event; mailed bibs are sent prior to the event when requested in advance.

Parking guidance lists primary parking at Picnic Areas 1-5 about 0.5 mile inside the Veteran's Highway entrance, secondary parking at the boat launch, and additional spots near the park entrance and dog park. Alternative parking is available at the H. Lee Dennison Building, a 10 to 15 minute walk from the start.

Online recognition is given to the top overall finishers and top finishers in multiple age groups (14 & under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80-89; 90+).
