NSRF Long Island Lemonade Trail 5K
The event is a trail 5K run/walk held at Blydenburgh County Park in Hauppauge, NY. The route combines pavement, dirt roads, and hard-packed trails that are wide enough for a vehicle. Bathrooms are available a few minutes' walk from the start and finish, and porto-johns are located near the finish line.

Parking is available within Blydenburgh County Park. Primary parking is at Picnic Areas 1-5 near the Veteran's Highway entrance. Additional parking can be found at the boat launch and other lots inside the park. An informal bag check area is provided in the staging area; the organizer does not accept responsibility for belongings.
Hydration is provided at the finish line. Refreshments are supplied by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. A finisher tee is available. Results are delivered live online with same-day finish line photos and additional event photos posted after the event.
Entry options include an in-person participation or a virtual option. Virtual participants have a week to log a time and up to five photos; event items for virtual entries begin shipping on the first day of the event. Bibs can be mailed for a fee if registered at least ten days in advance.
