Long Island Lemonade Trail 5K at Blydenburgh County Park

The event is a trail run and walk held at Blydenburgh County Park in Hauppauge, New York. The main distance is 5K with a free Kiddie Dash for younger participants. A virtual participation option is available; virtual entrants have a full week to log a time and may submit up to five photos.

The course uses a mixture of pavement, dirt roads, and hard packed trails that vehicles can drive on. Hydration is provided at the finish and refreshments are supplied by event partners. Portable toilets are located near the finish and additional bathrooms are a short walk from the start and finish area. An informal bag check area is available; the organizer does not assume responsibility for personal items.

Parking guidance identifies Picnic Areas 1 to 5 as primary parking after entering the park from Veteran's Highway. Secondary parking can be found at the boat launch and additional spots are near the dog park and park entrance.

Bib pickup is offered in person by event staff prior to the event and there is a mail option for $10 if registered at least ten days in advance. Mailed bibs for virtual entries begin shipping the Monday before the event and late mailings may take three to five days.

Results are available live online and by email or text, and the event provides same day finish line photos and video. One hundred percent of donations benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports athletic and charitable activities and athlete development.
